Police: Waterloo man showed up to apartment complex to do work drunk
Over the weekend police arrested a 45-year-old Waterloo driver on DWI charges following an investigation at a local housing unit. Michael Green, 45, of Waterloo was charged with driving while intoxicated, and operating a vehicle with a BAC of 0.08% or more.
